Description:
The contracting authority carries out preparatory market consultations and preliminary involvement of those interested in the planned over -the -limit contract pursuant to § 25 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act).The contracting authority assumes the enrollment of the above -limit contract with the procedure of the tender, while at the same time assumes that the subject of the contract will not be divided into parts.
The subject of the contract will be co -financed by the European Union t. j. From the challenge of support in the area of cyber and information security at regionallevel-healthcare facilities /Call Call code PSK-Mirri-615-2024-DV-EFRR /, as part of a project entitled in Cyber and Information Security Safety at regional level-Nuclear and Molecular Medicine Institute, Project code: 401101A217.The involvement of candidates (hereinafter referred to as "PTK") is to address economic operators who deal with the sale of the required subject of the contract for the purpose:
