• Description:
• The public contracting authority, the Slovak Environmental Agency, is preparing a public procurement for the subject "Green villages of Slovakia 2", the aim of which will be the supply and planting of vegetation elements (mainly deciduous and coniferous trees and shrubs) on the territory of the Slovak Republic in municipalities involved in the national project. Fulfillment will include the provision of planting material, its transport to designated locations and the implementation of planting in accordance with the Planting Implementation Project. Part of the performance will also include post-planting care for planted trees, which applies to the time period until the nearest end of June, t. j. until 30 June following the planting.
  Specifically, municipalities and localities will be determined gradually according to the project schedule and the needs of the municipalities involved. The subject of the contract is supposed to be announced as one logical unit with the intention of concluding a framework agreement.
  The purpose of preparatory market consultations is to obtain information from economic entities about their real capacities and interest in fulfilling the subject of the contract in the scope of a single unit, to identify possible risks or obstacles that could affect the competitiveness of the contract, and to verify whether the prepared setting of conditions is not unreasonable or discriminatory. The outputs from PTK will be used to finalize the tender documents before the announcement of the public procurement.
