Description:
The Office of the National Council of the Slovak Republic as a public procurement entity pursuant to § 7 par. 1 letter a) of the Act on Public Procurement is conducting preparatory market consultations at that time in accordance with Section 25 of the Act on Public Procurement for the planned subject of the future contract: "Information System Reprints".
The subject of eitherof the contract (the subject of the META IS project Projekt_2257) is the construction of the Prepisy Information System (IS Prepisy). The IS Transcripts project concerns exclusively the Office of the National Council of the Slovak Republic (K NR SR SR) and focuses on professional employees of the K NR SR SR ensuring transcripts from the proceedings of the National rady of the Slovak Republic and its committees and correctors of these transcripts. IS Transcripts will serve primarily according to the requirements of Act no. 350/1996 Coll. on the rules of procedure of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, as amended, to ensure professional, organizational and technical tasks associated withon ensuring the activities of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, its committees, special control committees and commissions, including parliamentary documentation and the press service, thereby monitoring the electronic support of the National Council of the Slovak Republic in the field of legislation, control and internal and externalanization policy. IS Prepisy is composed of 4 components that are listed in the Application Architecture, the functionalities of the system are detailed in the catalog of requirements.
The implementation of the tool (IS Prepisy) will enable:
