Description:
This is a call to an unlimited and unspecified circle of entities who do business on the relevant market in the supply and/or operating of the software used in the field of road management, building vehicle management, etc. The software ensures the management of the related fuel economy, Management of the position of accessories and superstructures, GPS monitoring (albeit through API and other provider), management hours of employees, etc.
The contracting authority plans to declare an over-limit procedure for the contract of public procurement to ensure this software for the 4-year period with an option, depending on the result of these preparatory market consultations (hereinafter referred to as "PTK").
This is a procedure within the meaning of § 25 of the Act on VO.
The contracting authority is considering purchasing the above software, including source and machine codes, or over its licensing with support or ordering its programming. The decisive solution will be the result of the PTK themselves or its multiple laps.
