• Description:
• The contracting authority is preparing an above-limit public procurement, the subject of which will be the provision of IT infrastructure services, including the delivery of the necessary HW and SW and related maintenance and support services according to the SLA. FORESTS of the Slovak Republic, state enterprise as the public contracting authority carries out preparatory market consultations according to § 25 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Public Procurement") on the aforementioned planned subject of the contract. The purpose of preparatory market consultations and preliminary involvement of interested parties (hereinafter referred to as "PTK") is to: • prepare and inform potential interested parties about the planned public procurement for the above-mentioned subject of the contract; • obtaining and evaluating feedback from economic entities - potential interested parties who will participate in preparatory market consultations. Participation in the PTK is voluntary and the interested party can freely decide whether to use/not use the opportunity to participate in the PTK. An interested party who participates in PTK must be aware of the legal regulation of PTK, in particular the consequences resulting from the participation of an economic entity in PTK with regard to § 25 and § 40 par. 7 of the Act on VO.
