- The subject of the planned public procurement is SLA services for the support of the operation and development of IS applications of the UVO for a period of 36 months, with an option of 2x12 months. 1 letter a) of the Act on Public Procurement carries out the preparationexternal market consultations according to § 25 of the Act on Public Procurement for the aforementioned planned subject of the contract.
The purpose of preparatory market consultations and preliminary involvement of interested parties (hereinafter referred to as "PTK") is:
•preparing and informing potential interested parties about the planned public procurement procedure nand the above-mentioned subject of the contract,
•verifying the reality, objectivity and adequacy of the requirements for fulfilling the subject of the contract,
•obtaining and processing feedback from economic entities - potential interested parties who will participate in preparatory market consultations,
•supporting the refinement of the proposalof the subject of the contract, including the determination of appropriate dates for the performance of the contract, with the aim of defining a clear, complete and impartial description of the subject of the contract,
•determining the expected value of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "PHC") will also be part of the preparatory market consultations.
