The purpose of preparatory market consultations is to provide cooperation in defining non-discriminatory specifications of the subject of the contract and to verify the adequacy of the requirements for the fulfillment of the subject of the contract so that the widest possible range of potential economic entities can participate in the public procurement.with the aim of ensuring fair competition.
Participation in preparatory market consultations is voluntary and the interested party can freely decide whether or not to take advantage of the opportunity to participate in preparatory market consultations. An economic entity that will participate in preparatory market consultationsmust be aware of the legal regulation related to preparatory market consultations, and in particular the consequences resulting from the participation of an economic entity in preparatory market consultations with regard to § 25 and § 40 par. 7 ZVO.
The subject of the contract is the supply of buses with a mild hybrid diesel drive, inscope:
-Standard - 12m bus - New low-floor two-axle city bus with combined electro-diesel drive category M3, class I
-Articulated - 18m bus - New low-floor three-axle two-link city bus with combined electric-diesel drive category M3, class I
