• Preventive rehabilitation in the form of curative-preventive care for members of the financial administration Description: The subject of the order is preventive rehabilitation in the form of curative-preventive care according to § 220 par. 1 letter. a) Act No. 35/2019 Coll. o financial administration and on the amendment and addition of some laws is provided to members of the financial administration in the bathhouse - rehabilitation facility determined according to § 220 par. 10 of Act No. 35/2019 Coll. about financial administration. It is provided to a member of the financial administration with due to a worsening health condition for a period of 7 consecutive calendar days and the recommendation of an official medical examiner. The subject of the order is procured for a period of 24 months, for a total of 1,625 members of the FS, according to individual indications. The order is divided into 9 parts. For the year 2026, there are 685 requests, and for the year 2027, we estimate 940 requests for the provision of preventive rehabilitation in the form of curative and preventive care.
