• Printing of transport documents Description: The subject of the order is the printing and delivery of transport documents for passenger rail transport that correspond to the specification stated in part B.1 of the tender documents, including their packaging and delivery to the designated place according to commercial conditions listed in part B.2 of the tender documents valid for the corresponding part of the subject of the contract. Part of the subject matter of the contract is the development of graphic designs for individual types of transport documents, according to the specified specification, which the procurer approve or modify and will subsequently be considered as samples of the relevant transport documents. In the event of a request to place advertisements of business partners on transport documents, the supplier shall propose to the customer for approval a print made on the basis of graphic design provided by the customer with the order. The documents for printing the order according to the specification given in B.1.2.1 are not created by the supplier himself, but are printed on the basis of the supplied print data. The print data contains the CIT 2012 certification mark, so it will be produced directly for a specific supplier of travel tickets on the basis of a contractual relationship. They are supplied in a separate data file, ready for printing. After delivery of the printed data, the supplier of travel tickets is obliged to submit to the International Commission for Railway Transport (CIT) 5 samples for inspection. Only after approval from CIT will the first order for travel tickets be issued.
