Description:
The subject of partial orders awarded in the established dynamic purchasing system will be the procurement of data parcels - providing a mobile operator's services in the form of an activated data SIM card within the public telephone network based on the special requirements of the contracting authority in the number of 100 000 pcs.
The aim of setting up DNS and awarding partial contracts in DNS is to enable the contracting authority to be flexible to award orders in accordance with The Public Procurement Act according to the real needs and timetable for the project implementation, ie. j. at the time and extent that he is known.
