Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of permanent On-premise licenses of SAP S/4 HANA, for the needs of the public contracting authority; including SW maintenance/maintenance services for a period of 48 months from the date of delivery of the S/4 HANA software for the enterprise information system ERP on the SAP platform S4HANA. At the same time, the subject of the contract is also the procurement of SW maintenance/maintenance services for SAP ERP/Banking (BIS SAP) for the period of 2026 - 2027, max. until the end of the calendar year 2029, which the public contracting authority currently uses on the basis of the License Agreement to the Agreement on provision of a license to the Software, dated 22/08/2005 with the company SLOVAKODATA, a.s., ID: 31367763, registered office: Kutlíkova 17, 850 00 Bratislava, which is the supplier of this software and provider of this service. A detailed definition of the subject of the order is given in parts B.2 DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT and B.1 BUSINESS TERMS of the tender documents.
