Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of permanent On-premise licenses of SAP S/4 HANA, for the needs of the public contracting authority; including SW maintenance/maintenance services for a period of 48 months from the date of delivery of the S/4 HANA software for the enterprise information system ERP on the SAP S4HANA platform. At the same time, the subject of the order is also procurement of SW maintenance/maintenance service for SAP ERP/Banking (BIS SAP) for the period of 2026 - 2027, max. until the end of the calendar year 2029, which the public contracting authority is currently using on the basis of the License Agreement to the Software License Agreement dated 22 August 2005 with SLOVAKODATA, a.s., ID: 31367763, with registered office: Kutlikova 17, 850 00 Bratislava, which is the supplier of this software and the provider of this service. A detailed definition of the subject of the contract is given in part B.2 DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT and B.1 BUSINESS TERMS of the tender documents.
