Description:
Procurement of SAP Licenses for the needs of SZRB, a. with The subject of the contract is the supply of permanent On-premise licenses of SAP S/4 HANA, for the needs of the public contracting authority; including SW maintenance/maintenance services for a period of 48 months from the date of delivery of the S/4 HANA software for enterprise ERP information system on the SAP S4HANA platform. At the same time, the subject of the contract is also the procurement of SW maintenance/maintenance services for SAP ERP/Banking (BIS SAP) for the period of 2026 - 2027, max. until the end of the calendar year 2029, which the public contracting authority currently uses on the basis of the License Agreement for the Software License Agreement dated 22/08/2005 with the company SLOVAKODATA, a.s., ID: 31367763, registered office: Kutlíkova 17, 850 00 Bratislava, which is the supplier of this software and the provider of this services. By SW maintenance services (SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Maintenance and SAP ERP/Banking Enterprise Maintenance), the public contracting authority understands the provision of authorization to download repairs, patches, support packages and enhancement packages from the manufacturer. The contracting authority does not require the provision of customization, repairs or implementation work from the bidder. In 2026, the public contracting authority will require the provision of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Maintenance and SAP ERP/Banking services Enterprise Maintenance for the period from 1.7.2026 to 31.12.2026, i.e. j. within 6 months.
