• Description:
• The public contracting authority announces a public procurement for the selection of a supplier for the purchase of equipment within the project "Procurement of a tractor for separate collection". The public procurement in question represents the repeated awarding of parts of the original contract announced in the Gazette public procurement no. 147/2025 under the designation 12091 - MST, for which a contract was not concluded in the previous procedure. In the original procedure, the contract was concluded for part 1 and part 2. The subject of this public procurement is the remaining parts orders. The contracting authority requires that all delivered equipment be new, unused and unencumbered by the rights of third parties. Detailed technical specifications and the minimum level of required parameters are given in the tender documents. Part of the subject of the order is: a) delivery of the subject of the contract to the headquarters of the public contracting authority, b) unpacking, assembly and completion at the place of delivery, c) submission of the documentation required for the proper use of the equipment and other documents required by law in Slovak or Czech language (if relevant).
