• Procurement of a tractor for separate collection 2. Description: The public procurer announces a public procurement for the selection of a supplier for the purchase of equipment as part of the "Procurement of a tractor for separate collection" project. The public procurement in question is a repeated award part of the flood contract announced in the Public Procurement Gazette no. 147/2025 under the designation 12091 MST, on which a contract was not concluded in the previous procedure. In the current procedure, the contract was concluded for part 1 and part 2. The subject of this public procurement are constituent parts of the order. The public procurer requires that all delivered equipment be new, unused and unencumbered by the rights of third parties. Detailed technical specifications and the minimum level of required parameters are specified in the tender documents. Part of the subject of the contract is: a) delivery of the subject of the contract to the seat of the public procurer, b) unpacking, assembly and completion at the place of delivery, c) handing over the documentation necessary for the proper use of the equipment and others required by law documents in the Slovak or Czech language (if relevant).
