Description:
Production of energy certificates and building renovation passports Description: The subject of the order is the procurement of energy certificates and renovation passports for selected buildings. These are mainly buildings in a flooded state, on which they have not been carried out since their approval complex reconstruction and modernization works and are in a deteriorated construction and technical condition. They serve as administrative or accommodation units for members of the Armed Forces and employees of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "MO SR"). The procurement of energy certificates and building renovation passports will ensure the collection and improvement of data availability for targeted planning of the renovation of these buildings. The building renovation passport is understood as the road map of the in-depth building renovation, i.e. draft measure by which the building is to be transformed into a building with zero emissions, and for the owner or manager of the building, it will be an aid for proper planning and decision-making regarding the implementation of concrete measures in the restoration of the building, including the indication of estimated costs, the expected energy management and expected energy savings. The resulting data will be the basis for further possibilities for planning the renovation of buildings and reducing the demand for energy consumed in buildings by improving their energy efficiency and energy efficiency.
