- Professional inspections, professional tests, preventive maintenance - service and repairs of technical lifting equipment Description: Carrying out professional inspections, professional tests. Professional inspections and professional tests of technical lifting equipment within the terms and scope of § 9 par. 1 letter. a) Act no. 124/2006 Coll. on safety and health protection at work and on the amendment and addition of some laws, § 8 letter. d), § 9 and § 13 of Decree no. 508/2009 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as "Declaration No. 508/2009 Coll."), which establishes the details of ensuring safety and health protection when working with technical pressure, lifting, electric and gas equipment and which establishes technical equipment that is considered reserved technical equipment. Professional inspections, professional tests, will be carried out according to the division into groups of technical lifting devices in accordance with Annex no. 1 II. Part and according to the deadlines for inspections and tests of technical lifting equipment in accordance with Annex no. 7 to the decree no. 508/2009 Coll. The result of carrying out the professional Inspections will be entered by a professionally qualified person in the lift inspection book, access to these books is ensured by contact persons and a protocol will be drawn up on the performance of the activity.
