- Project documentation - Extension of sustainable mobility Trenčin Description: The subject of the public procurement "Project documentation - Extension of sustainable mobility Trenčin" is the preparation of documentation of the construction plan according to 254/1998 Coll. on public works as amended of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Works Act") of the project documentation for the construction in question at the level of documentation of the construction plan, construction project and execution project, design and related engineering activities required for obtaining a decision on construction purpose, design and related engineering activities required to obtain verification of the building project for the Building in question, and documentation for the offer, including professional author supervision in accordance with these tender documents and their annexes. Project documentation must be carried out according to the Technical Regulations of the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic TP 019 Technical conditions Documentation of road constructions and Commentary on technical conditions (TP) 019 Documentation of road constructions adequately in relation to the currently valid and effective legal regulations, in particular Act No. 25/2025 Coll. construction law and on the amendment and addition of some laws (hereinafter referred to as the "construction law"), according to valid standards and applicable generally binding legal and technical regulations.
