The subject of public procurement is competition of the general designer (Construction Act 25/2025 Coll., §35 paragraph 3) and 4)) for the development of project documentation at the level of documentation for construction implementation for the order "Žilina-Vrútky-Martin, section Strečno-Lipovec, Vrútky, Vrútky-Martin, outside the road body I/18 (cycling route), stage Nezbudská Lúčka - Lipovec" The subject of this order is to process the documentation for building construction in accordance with the already prepared documentation for the zoning decision and building permit (DÚR+DSP). Currently missing section cycle routes between the villages of Strečno, Nezbudská Lúčka and Lipovec, especially the bridging of the complex section through the Domašínsky meander and the Krivé National Parkway, will subsequently be integrated into the Vážská cycle route with a planned continuation towards the Tatras, creating a complete framework that has been missing until now of Slovak cycle transport with the connection of international cycle highways EUROVELO no. 11 and 13. The cycle route is designed in DÚR+DSP outside the existing state road I/18, where technical regulations, traffic intensity and spatial possibilities do not allow simultaneous use for purposes of bicycle transport. The route is designed to avoid level crossings with the railway line, highway and roads I. II. and III. class.
