• Project documentation for the implementation (DRS) of the building: "Zilina-Vrutky-Martin, section Strečno-Lipovec, Vrutky, Vrutky-Martin, outside the road body I/18 (cycling route), stage Nezbudska Lučka - Lipovec" Description: The subject of public procurement is the tender of the general designer (Construction Act 25/2025 Coll., §35 paragraph 3) and 4)) for the development of project documentation at the level of documentation for construction implementation for the contract "Zilina-Vrutky-Martin, section Strečno-Lipovec, Vrutky, Vrutky-Martin, outside the road body I/18 (cycling route), stage Nezbudska Lučka - Lipovec"The subject of this order is to process the documentation for the implementation of the construction in accordance with the already prepared documentation for the territorial decision and building permit (DUR+DSP). The currently missing section of the cycling route between the municipalities of Strečno, Nezbudska Lučka and Lipovec, the smallest bridging of the complex section through the Domasinsky meander and NPR Krive will subsequently be integrated into the Vazská cycle route with a planned continuation towards the Tatras, which will create the hitherto missing integral skeleton of the Slovak cycle transport with the connection of international cycle highways EUROVELO no. 11 and 13. The cycle route is designed in DUR+DSP outside the existing state road I/18, where technical regulations, traffic intensity and spatial possibilities do not allow simultaneous use for bicycle traffic. The route is designed in such a way as to prevent leveling with the railway line, highway and roads I. II. and III. classes.
