The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation in accordance with the Building Act No. 25/2025 and related Decree in the level of construction and construction project with the requirements of the implementing project for the bridges on the roads of the first class in the administration of the Slovak Road Administration, including the securing of engineering activities (binding opinions of civil servants of engineering networks, statements, consent, assessment or other Measures of the affected bodies of state administration, municipalities and other organizations), necessary for the submission of an application for a building plan, elaboration of documentation for the offer, and the supervision of the designer over the construction of the construction (PDP) according to the submitted project documentation, namely competently competent Person under Act no. 138/1992 Coll. on Authorized Architects and Authorized Civil Engineers, as amended, with a professional focus on the required subject of work throughout the implementation period and geodetic focus verified by professionally competent person pursuant to Section 6 of Act 215/1995 Coll., point (s) d.) to j.), which will serve as a basis for processing the subject of the contract.
