- Project documentation - Sustainable mobility extension Trenčin Description: The subject of the public procurement "Project documentation - Sustainable mobility extension Trenčin" is the development of construction plan documentation according to 254/1998 Coll. on public works as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "the Act on public works") of the project documentation for the Building in question at the stage of documentation: construction plan, construction project and execution project, design and related engineering work required for obtaining a decision on the construction plan, design and related engineering work required for obtaining verification of the building project for the building in question, and the documentation for the offer, including professional author supervision in accordance with these tender documents and their annexes. The project documentation must be implemented according to the Technical Regulations of the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic TP 019 Technical conditions Documentation of road constructions and Commentary on technical conditions (TP) 019 Documentation of road constructions adequately in relation to the currently valid and effective legal regulations, in particular Act No. 25/2025 Coll. construction law and on the amendment and addition of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "construction law"), according to the applicable standards and applicable generally binding legal and technical regulations.
