Description: The subject of the order is Property and Liability Insurance, more detailed specifications are included in Annex no. 1 competition documents. The procurer divided the subject of the contract into 6 categories. Everyone the category forms a separate part of the order. Part 1 (category no. 1) - property insurancePart 2 (category no. 2) - general liability insurancePart 3 (category no. 3) - liability for environmental damagePart 4 (category no. 4) - D&O liabilityPart 5 (category no. 5) - insurance of information risks GDPRPart 6 (contains risks of categories 1 to 5) - insurance for the entire insurance program (for all risks) The order is divided into 6 parts. The applicant can submit an offer for part 1 and part 5. In the event that there is to submit an offer for part 6 (for all risks listed in categories 1 to 5) is obliged to submit separate offers also for parts 1 to 5. the prices (without VAT) stated in the offers exceed the expected value of the order as a whole or for individual parts set by the procuring party. The procurer warns interested parties that pursuant to § 22 par. 4 of the Public Procurement Act without the Agreement becoming effective o NDA (between the authorized interested party and the Procurer), do not provide prepared Risk Reports. The insurance proposed by the applicant must be submitted without tax from insurance according to Act no. 213/2018 Coll. .
