The contractor divided the subject of the contract into 6 categories. Each category forms a separate part of the order.
Part 1 (category no. 1) - property insurance
Part 2 (Category No. 2) - general liability insurance
Part 3 (category no. 3) - liability for environmental damage
Part 4 (Category #4) - D&O liability
Part 5 (category no. 5) - GDPR information risk insurance
Part 6 (contains risks of categories 1 to 5) - insurance for the entire insurance program (for all risks)
Order is divided into 6 parts. The applicant can submit an offer for parts 1 to 5. If he submits an offer for part 6 (for all risks listed in categories 1 to 5), he is obliged to submit separate offers for parts 1 to 5 as well.
The contractor reserves the right not to accept a single offer and not to close A contract with no bidder in the event that the total prices (without VAT) indicated in the bids exceed the assumed value of the contract as a whole or for individual parts set by the contracting authority.
4 of the Act on Public Procurement without entry into force of the NDA Agreement (between the authorized candidate and the Procurer), will not make available the prepared Risk Reports. Details are given in this announcement (additional information as well as in the tender documents.
