Description:
The subject of the contract is professional advisory services in order to create a tailor -made ESG strategy and sustainability report that will allow selected city companies not only to meet existing and future expectations in the field of sustainability and green economy, but also demonstrate their clients, citizens, citizens Bratislava, business partners or financial institutions how they can fulfill their mission in accordance with the latest requirements and technologies in the world. Successful candidate for the above -mentioned municipal companies in accordance and in full range of the wording of the CSRD Directive (Directive of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No 2022/2464 of 14 December 2022, amending Regulation (EU) No. 537/2014, Directive 2004/109/EC, Directive 2006/43/EC and Directive 2013/34/EU in terms of reporting information on sustainability of businesses) and European standards of reporting ESRS sustainability (delegated Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2772 of 31 July 2023, which complements the European Parliament and Council Directive 2013/34/EU as regards the standards of reporting sustainability information), will draw up a pilot report on sustainability for 2024, and carries out all acts and activities necessary to successfully achieve the above goal, including the above data collection or setting the data collection process. Successful candidate will also prepare a sustainability report, including the EU taxonomy, and in particular the calculation of the carbon trace of individual companies within the scope of Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 in accordance with the CSRD Directive requirements for the first year of publication per year publishing per year 2...
