• The goal of preparatory market consultations (hereinafter referred to as "PTK") is to set up the planned order so that the description of the subject of the order and the technical requirements are determined unambiguously, completely and impartially, while maintaining the principles of transparency and non-discrimination. We allow ourselves To contact you as part of PTK and send you a questionnaire with questions about the planned order. Your answers can significantly help the contracting authority even before the announcement of the public procurement, especially in specifying the description of the subject of the contract, identifying risks and suitable contractual settings, as well as when verifying the adequacy of the proposed conditions of participation and evaluation criteria. More detailed information on the preliminary requirements for the subject of the contract is provided in the document "OPZ - PRORIS" (Annex No. 1 to the Questionnaire) and in Annex 2 to Questionnaire (Pricing - Excel). We will be very grateful if you provide us with your answers to the questions listed in the questionnaire. Please send your answers no later than 12:00 p.m. 5/1/2026 (Monday).
