• PRORIS system to support process management (PR), operational risk (ROR), business continuity (BCM), information risk (RIR) and internal audit monitoring (MIA) Description: The subject of the order is the delivery and service support of the new functional PRORIS information system (hereinafter referred to as "IS PRORIS" or "information system"), through which NBS, as the customer, will obtain a complex modular system for effective execution of process management, operational risk management, information risk management, continuity management activities and monitoring of the internal audit. More detailed information and requirements for the subject of the contract can be found in the Contract for the supply of IS PRORIS no. C-NBS1-000-115-914 (hereinafter referred to as the "Work Contract"), including its Article I. "Purpose of the Contract and Subject of the Contract" and Annex 1 "Specification of the subject of performance", as well as from Contract no. C-NBS1-000-115-915 on the provision of service services in ensuring the operation of IS PRORIS (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Agreement"), including its Article I "Subject of the Service Agreement" and Annex 2 "Specification of the Service services and their standards".
