Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the information system of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "IS GP SR") min. In the extent:
1. Technical Support - Flat Services:
The lump sum price contains the provision of the following activities:
• Emergency - Service Desk and Hotline for Harvesting the requirements,
• Guaranteed reaction times and times to neutralize the problem of SW components deployed in production operation,
• Consultations based on the requirements of the contracting authority,
• Removing defects of SW components,
• Administration of dials,
• Control and analysis of error statistics supported by SW components,
• Monthly reports of infrastructure monitoring with a proposal of measures,
• Semi -annual reports on the service provision evaluation,
• Annual prophylactic maintenance plans,
• Technical Activities Management ::
• Prophylactic support and immediately deploying the updates of devices with critical vulnerability according to the requirements of the contracting authority
The report contains a description of the activities performed, findings, recommendations and Proposals for any further steps
• The problem -solving of problems that have been incorrectly used by SW components by the contracting authority,
• Changes to SW components, SW modules and HW products,
• Update ECRIS and ECodex/Eedes Systems to the latest version once for 12 months,
