- Provision and integration of diagnostic tools for assessing personality, preference and cognitive predispositions of individuals and recommending relevant clusters of occupations for NP Digital advisor and NP Activation of young NEETs for the digital age Description: The subject of the contract is the supply and integration of a comprehensive psychometric testing tool, analysis, creation and adaptation of an algorithm for recommending suitable clusters of occupations (or specific occupations), its implementation in operation, as well as the creation of output reports, delivery of relevant documentation for testing, training and provision of operational and application support for the provided tests. Psychometrically, the tool enables the diagnosis of personality, competence level, abilities, skills, interests, needs and the potential of the workforce for national projects (hereinafter referred to as "NP") Digital Advisor and Activation of young NEETs for the digital age. The tool will be on on the basis of the results of testing by means of the created algorithm in the output message, provide individualized recommendations for suitable clusters of occupations and specific occupations (hereinafter referred to as "the solution"), which will support the career development of the project participants and their adaptation to the changing demands of the labor market. Through the results of the testing, the solution contributes to the identification of the raw competence of the individual and his career potential. At the same time, the solution contributes to changes in perception and opens up new opportunities for these individuals.
