Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of meals for the employees of the Department of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "MPSVR SR") and selected organizations within its scope of establishment (hereinafter referred to as "OvZP") through electronic meal vouchers assigned to the relevant electronic meal cards (hereinafter referred to as "ESK") of individual employees at the provider's contractual partners who are authorized to provide catering services and the provider has a valid contractual relationship concluded by them in accordance with the currently valid provisions of Act no. 311/2001 Coll. Labor Code as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Labor Code") for a period of 48 months from the date of entry into force of the Framework Agreement.
