- The subject of the contract is the provision of services of regular urban bus transport performed in accordance with the needs of the transport service of the territory. The purpose of the contract is to ensure the transport service of Partizanske through the entire duration of the contract, based on the set transport service. To be providedServices in the public interest in passenger road transport in Partizanske consists in ensuring the transport service of the city by regular urban bus transport according to the designated line line, along the routes for the starting, incident and destination stops, in accordance with tariff and transportTerms and conditions, especially with an emphasis on the quality of the service provided in the performance of transport service (eg vehicle parameters), methods of sale of tickets, tariff passenger equipment, ensuring the continuity of the connections of individual lines, cooperation in transport integration and otherparameters according to the requirements of the contracting authority (customer).
