• Provision of complex catering services Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of the service: "Provision of complex catering services" for the boarders of the Faculty Hospital with Polyclinic F.D. Roosevelt in Banská Bystrica. Part of the subject of the contract is:• production and preparation of food, • transport of food to the customer's premises, • delivery of food, • production, preparation, transport and delivery of lunches, while dinners will be served in the form of packaged chilled (using the process of technological juice cooling) food in an ecological durable packaging materials served in the form of a cooling dispenser. Dinner served in the form of individually packaged chilled food at the same time as lunch only for the Department of Infectology and the Psychiatric Clinic at SNA, • ordering mechanism, provision, distribution, records of ordered and collected food and its settlement (electronic system),• sanitation and hygienic provision of the premises of the delivery points (putting away used dishes in a dedicated waste zone - removal of used dishes, cutlery, glasses, leftover food and other unnecessary things after consumption, dispensing counters, technology used for dispensing food),• the possibility of providing individually packaged chilled food in the form of ecologically sustainable packaging materials after to the previous agreement with the customers at the delivery point for interested parties other than the ordered meal.
