• Provision of consulting and auditing services Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of professional consulting services in the field of auditing, strengthening of professional administrative capacities in public administration, preparation of audit reports, verification, control, assessment and development of a study depending on the needs of the public procurer. The provider of professional consulting services must have the necessary knowledge, expertise and practical experience, and must also have the ability to understand the situation in within the framework of the relevant market segment, namely in the field of auditing. The subject of the order also consists of professional consulting services consisting in the processing of analyses, the provision of audit, advisory and consulting services, development, verification, control, assessment methodological materials and studies, professional opinions, representing the client in the position of an expert at meetings with third parties and providing other audit and related services. A description of the scope of required services is provided in the relevant attachment no. 1 of the tender documents for this public procurement. At the same time, the public procurer provides a description of the expected basic activities that will be delivered from the service provider, including the types and specifications of individual performances. Detailed specification required services will be specified in the call for tenders within the framework of individual subcontracts awarded by the public procurer.
