Description:
The subject of the upcoming selection procedure will be the selection of the so-called professionally responsible technical guarantor of the Technology Park construction, whose task will be:
- processing documentation to obtain a decision on the construction plan and securing the necessary permits to issue a positive decision on the construction intentions
- expertly prepare the tender documentation for the selection of the contractor of the work in accordance with the Design & Build contractual conditions, including subsequent participation in public procurement,
- ensure construction-technological supervision of the given building in accordance with the Design&Build contractual conditions,
- supervision of the run-up, functional tests, active participation in the acceptance of the work,
- consulting - technological support during the implementation of the work according to the needs of the investor.
