• Description:
• The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive design services, engineering services and the performance of construction and technical supervision during the implementation of the project: "Technology Park OLO" (hereinafter referred to as "Buildings" or "Project") in the form of expert support to the investor during implementation of the Project, aimed at achieving the highest possible quality and efficiency of the Construction and its subsequent operation. The future contractor will always contribute/direct his activities in an effort to find the most effective solution from the construction point of view, among others through the fact that he will actively coordinate the design preparation and implementation of the Building from the position of performing construction and technical supervision of the investor, he will be able to search for risks associated with construction and effectively prevent them, he will responsibly assess and deal with changes to the Building, will provide the investor with information on the progress of the preparation and implementation of the Building in a corresponding manner and to the appropriate extent. For the provision of performance, it will use persons with appropriate education, experience, valid authorizations and managerial knowledge. The performance/providing of services itself will take place in 6 stages, the 7th stage represents an optional performance which the company OLO, a.s. may, but need not, request: -- Stage no. 1 - Preparation of documentation to the extent necessary for obtaining a decision on construction plan, representing the investor when communicating with the authorities in the process of obtaining the necessary permits and obtaining a positive decision on the construction plan, preparing the construction project and ensuring the obtaining of certificates...
