Provision of professional advisory services Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of professional advisory and consulting services, strengthening of professional administrative capacities, preparation of professional opinions and analyses, audit, verification, control, assessment and preparation of a study depending on the needs of the Client and/or recipients (hereinafter referred to as "Consultancy Services"). Beneficiaries are entities that can accede to the Framework Agreement during its duration by concluding an accession agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Recipients"), these are specifically the following entities: a) budget and contribution organizations in the capacity of the Customer, b) Social Insurance Company, c) budget and contribution organizations of the Recipients according to the letters. a) or b), d) legal entities in ownership Recipients according to letters. a) and c). The Provider of Consulting Services must have the necessary knowledge, expertise and practical experience, and must also have the ability to assess the situation within the relevant market segment.
