• Provision of service services and application development services for the information monitoring system ITMS21+ Description: The subject of the order is SLA services for ITMS21+, namely: technical and application support services (pausal); technical and application support services (pausal), application development services (pausal); development services of increment 2 (pausal). Technical and application support services (pausal) are pausal services, which include the provision of non-stop service support, as well as the provision of security support reliable, continuous and safe operation of ITMS21+ and its operating environment. Technical and application support services (over-the-top) are over-the-top service services that consist of other activities to ensure trouble-free operation, of the ITMS21+ system among various partners and entities involved in the development, running and operation of ITMS21+ Application development services (over-the-top) are over-the-top services focused on the development of ITMS21+ on the basis of a change request, the content of which is addition, modification or cancellation of any part of the ITMS21+ information system. Increment 2 development services (over pausal) are over pausal Increment development services order no. 2, which primarily serve to ensure the development of ITMS21+ functionalities in the sense approved project.
