In the range: 1. Technical Support - Pausal Service: Pausal Monthly Price contains the provision of the following Activities: β’ Service Desk and Hotline Emergency for Purchase of Weddowls, β’ Guaranteed Reaction times and Time to Neutralization of SW Components Components embedded in production operations, β’ consultation based on public procurement requirements, β’ Removal of defects of SW components, β’ Analysis of error statistics supported by SW components, β’ monthly reports of monitoring infrastructure with a proposal of arrangements, β’ half -year reports on the evaluation of service services, β’ annual plans of prophylactic maintenance, β’ technical management management,: β’ prophylactic support and directly deployment and immediately deployment update with critical vulnerability according to the requirements of the contractor β’ withdrawing from every realized prophylactic maintenance is a prophylactic from the right, which will be delivered to the public contractor no late within 10 working days from the maintenance of maintenance.
