The subject of the contract is the provision of access and use of satellite public telecommunications networks for the needs of Slovak Television and Radio for the purpose of broadcasting television broadcasts of individual program services within the Astra 3C (23.5 E) satellite platform, which is a public network according to § 2 par. 3 of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. of . on electronic communications.
