Provision of translation services Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of translation services in accordance with generally binding legal regulations and the relevant STN, or in accordance with another standard valid in the member states of the European Union for provision of translation services by translators who are properly authorized to carry out translation work according to the applicable legislation, with knowledge of terminology from the field of social security, in particular from the field of health insurance, pension insurance, accident insurance, guarantee insurance and unemployment insurance, from medical assessment activities, from the field of old-age pension savings, from the economic, financial, legal and IT fields, in all European languages in accordance with decrees no. 491/2004 Coll. on remuneration, reimbursement of expenses and compensation for loss of time for experts, interpreters and translators as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Declaration No. 491/2004") and non-European languages according to the requirements of the public procurer.
