- The purpose of PTK is in accordance with the principles of public procurement:
1. Preparation and informing the market and potential interested parties about the planned public procurement for the above-mentioned subject of the order;
2.Determining the circle of expected suitable suppliers on the market;
3. Obtaining and evaluating feedback from potential applicants who will participate in preparatory market consultations;
4. Confirmation of the availability of technical solutions meeting the qualitative requirements for the subject of the work;
5. Confirmation of implementation solutions of the subject of the work with a valid license;
6. Detection and assessment of possible risks during implementation of individual technical alternatives;
7. Identification of existing technical and implementation solutions for nuclear facilities in operation
8. Formulation and verification of non-discriminatory conditions of participation;
9. Verification of the reality, objectivity and adequacy of the requirements for the fulfillment of the subject of the contract u relevant and experienced economic entities so that subsequent public procurement promotes open economic competition;
10. Formulation of business conditions that will enable all suitable suppliers to submit an offer;
11. Identification of requirements that could prevent the submission of an offer;
12. Determination of the expected value of the order.
