• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement being prepared will be the SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY, including the provision of transportation, distribution, and assuming responsibility for the deviation for the collection points of the Žilina self-governing region, including organizations in its founding (OvZP) for a period of 48 months. The expected annual amount for the entire balance group will be 17,800 MWh. The balance group consists of approx. 251 collection points in combinations of LV and HV, the group also includes subjects of the Vulnerable nature subjects. The purpose of preparatory market consultations is to inform and address economic entities that deal with the supply of electricity. The aim of PTK is to inform the market about the upcoming procurement and, above all, the verification and subsequent determination realistic, objective and reasonable requirements for the fulfillment of the subject of the contract with relevant and experienced economic entities so that the public procurement being prepared supports open economic competition. The contracting authority intends to consult questions regarding the conditions of the competition, primarily • length of the contractual relationship • method of purchase • invoicing conditions.
