• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement being prepared will be the supply of natural gas for the collection points of the Supreme Audit Office of the Slovak Republic (NKÚ SR) for the period of 2027-2029, including the provision of distribution, transportation and assuming responsibility for deviation. As part of the preparatory market consultations, the public contracting authority obtains expert information from market participants through the questionnaire, which is included in the attached document. The provided answers serve to optimally set the competition documents, especially in the area of ​​pricing (fixed price), consumption tolerances, product availability and delivery conditions. The subject of the planned public procurement will mainly include: - supply of natural gas for 3 collection points of the Slovak National Audit Office, - ensuring distribution through relevant distribution network operators, - assuming responsibility for the deviation for all OMs, - fulfillment of obligations towards OKTE and OSD, - provision of administrative, commercial and technical services during the duration of the contract. Estimated annual consumption it is approximately 510,666 kWh, while all consumption points are category MO - small consumption with a predictable consumption profile. The output of PTK will be the minutes sent to all respondents and published after the collection of answers is completed.
