Description:
The subject of partial orders entered in the established dynamic purchasing system will be the procurement of advertising items and promotional materials such as: pens, pencils, notepads, diaries, key chains, etc. The aim of establishing DNS and entering partial orders in DNS is to enable the public contracting authority to flexibly enter contracts in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to its real needs, i.e. j. at a time and to an extent known to him.
