Description:
The subject of public procurement is the framework agreement for the delivery of goods (for simplification the term, the framework agreement "also uses the term" contract "for the purposes of these tender documents). The subject of procurement is the supply of compressed natural gas (hereinafter referred to as "CNG") in accordance with STN EN ISO 15403-1 Natural gas - natural gas for use as compressed fuel into public transport vehicles.

A.2 of the criteria for evaluating tenders and rules of their application (Annex 4);
B.1 Terms and Conditions for delivery of the subject of the contract (Annex 1);
B.2 Description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2);
