• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the supply of 5 new electric buses (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles") in the technical design specified in the technical specification, which form Annex 7 to these tender documents, and delivered under the conditions specified in the purchase contract, which forms Annex no. 3 to these tender documents. The delivery will also include training of the employees of the public contracting authority in the field of operation and maintenance of electric buses, performing maintenance and repairs, providing the appropriate technical support, including delivery of necessary hardware/software equipment, provision of warranty and non-warranty service, delivery of all relevant documentation for individual electric buses. The subject of performance will also include execution warranty repairs of electric buses under the conditions stipulated in the contract.
