Purchase of gas and related distribution services. Description: The subject of this above-limit order for the supply of goods is the provision of the purchase and supply of natural gas for the year 2026, together with the distribution and transportation services associated with the purchase and supply of natural gas for pick up places of the Chancellery of the National Council of the Slovak Republic from 01.01.2026 00:00:00 until 31.12.2026 24:00:00 including the transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier. The supply of natural gas together with distribution and transport services must be secured in accordance with Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on the amendment and addition of certain laws as amended by later regulations and pursuant to Act No. 250/2012 Coll. on regulation in network industries as amended. Estimated volume of withdrawal of natural gas (i.e. contractual amount of natural gas supply during the duration of the contract period): 11,700.00 MWh.
