Purchase of imaging equipment for the radiology department Description: The subject of the contract for part no. 1 is the purchase and delivery of a CT device and for part no. 2 an Roentgen device for the needs of the public procurer. For the subject of the order with a specified specific manufacturer /specific name/, or in cases not exactly specified parameters of the subject of the contract, the applicant can submit an equivalent fulfillment of the subject of the contract based on a different solution providing the same or a better result. Equivalent fulfillment of the subject of the order must fulfill the same purpose of use and must have the same or better quality properties and technical parameters as required for the subject of the contract (ie they meet the utility, operational and functional characteristics). Equivalent performance applies to all established parameters. The applicant can price an equivalent of the same or higher quality.
