Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of goods - passenger motor vehicles, according to the specification referred to in Chapter B.1 Description of the subject of the contract of tender documents. Motor vehicles must be approved under Act no. 106/2018 Coll. on the operation of vehicles in road traffic and on the change and supplement of somelaws, as amended. The contracting authority requires only new motor vehicles to supply new motor vehicles, and a motor vehicle that does not have more than six thousand kilometers (6,000 km) is considered to be a new motor vehicle for the purposes of this tender.The delivery did not pass six (6) months after its first commissioning. Part of the subject of the contract is also the payment of the registration fee (registration tax) for each delivered motor vehicle and login, respectively. Ensuring the change of holder (rewrite) of each delivered motor vehicle on the appropriateAuthorities of the Police Force of the Slovak Republic, including securing all acts related to registration, respectively. By ensuring the change of the holder (rewrite) of the vehicle and securing the registration number of the vehicle, with the exception of compulsory contractual insurance and accident insurance of the motor vehicle.
