Purchase of original, equivalent spare parts and provision of service and repairs for harvesters and forwarders with replacement of spare parts for a period of 48 months Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of supply of spare parts, and if the capacities of the public contractor are demonstrably insufficient even to perform service with authorization for the activity of performing repairs (hereinafter only with authorization) according to § 15, par. 1 of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. on safety and health protection at work and on the amendment and addition of some laws - self-propelled work machines of the Ps category - John Deere, Sampo and Vimek brand harvesters and forwarders, including their accessories and Woody processor heads with the replacement of spare parts, as well as the separate purchase of spare parts parts for the performance of self-service (self-service) by a public contractor. Service (warranty and post-warranty) is carried out on self-propelled Ps work machines, i.e. in terms of the categorization of vehicles according to Act no. 106/2018 Coll. on the operation of vehicles on the road traffic and on the amendment and addition of some laws, in the conditions of operation of the public contractor and the harmonized standard STN EN 11850 - Forest machines. Service work mainly concerns service completions prescribed by the manufacturer, replacements and maintenance on a regular basis worn parts. Purchase of original spare parts (hereinafter referred to as "ND") for John Deere, Sampo and Vimek harvesters and forwarders and their additional equipment (harvester and processor heads), meeting the requirements of Slovak and of European standards and generally binding legal regulations to the address of the public procurer, including transport to the place of fulfillment and other services connected with the delivery (technical support for correct identification of ND and their correct assembly) and including unlimited access to electronic on...
